A 5×7 inch invitation weighing less than 1 ounce and subject to a nonmachinable surcharge will cost $1.27 to mail per the rates below. Add $0.29 for every additional ounce.
ARE FOREVER STAMPS STILL GOOD FOR POSTAGE?
Forever stamps are accepted at the 1-ounce mailing rate “forever.” You can use a Forever stamp regardless of when you bought it or its initial cost. Once you purchase these stamps, you can use them forever without having to worry when rate increases happen.
