The Process

The custom design process begins with a complimentary introductory consultation appointment, either in person or via a phone conversation. This appointment provides an overview of our services and offerings. It gives you an opportunity to review our samples and to discuss how Sugar Pear Design can help with your stationery needs. We will discuss the details of your event or social stationery including budget, quantities, timelines, colors, themes and paper options. We will also explore the specifics of what you would like and brainstorm on what can be offered.

A timeline based on the event date will be put together. Sugar Pear Design will then create proofs for you to review. Working together, the initial proof will be revised to your requests. Every stationery piece we design is one-of-a-kind, tailored to your specific event or announcement, setting the stage for your occasion. We work very closely with you to make sure your custom design represents your unique personality and style, delivering a reflection of you. Once your stationery is approved, partial payment is requested to proceed to production. Final payment is due on delivery.

All orders are subject to material availability and Sugar Pear Design’s production schedule.

Rush Orders
Sugar Pear Design will try to accommodate all stationery requests — please inquire by contacting us. Rush orders are subject to an additional charge of 50% of the stationery total.
