Christmas IS the most wonderful time of the year! It’s full of family and love. What a perfect time of year for a (stylized) Christmas wedding!
How fun was it to work with Fiorella of Neira Event Group and Mikayla from Chula Vista Resort on this cozy Christmas wedding styled shoot. Oh gosh! The final images and video gave me chills! Warm-my-heart kind of chills. From the obvious love between the two grooms (grooms in real life!); to the iconic Christmas elements of reds, golds, and plaids; to the glowing of the candles, fireplace, and lights; to, of course my favorite – a fluffy pooch!
The editors of Equally Wed, a modern wedding resource exclusively dedicated to LGBTQ couples, also found this shoot to be especially inspiring and featured it on their website. See the story here for yourself!
I help contribute to this shoot by supplying the wedding invitation suite, ceremony programs, escort cards and wedding favors. I wanted this stationery suite to symbolize the Christmas spirit, and to be a warm invitation for the two grooms-to-be. Yet, I wanted to step it up a notch and incorporated red foil printing. Love how they turned out!
